Bog! Showery! Windy! Yet another wonderful Criffel, although good visibility to the summit for the runners. A good turnout considering the weather, with the vets again well represented. Thanks to Moffat Mountain Rescue, the landowner and The Abbey Arms for use of facilities. We had plenty of support from the New Abbey residents and some of them turned out to support the runners.
A special thanks to Margaret Turnbull for help at the finish, and Elsie Scott-Baxter and Jane Robertson who were out on the hill.
