Several Carnethies braved freezing cold weather at Chirnside on Sunday to run the fourth race in the Borders Cross Country series. The route had changed a bit from last year, which meant (for me, at least) only one steepish hill to practise the runner’s walk. Otherwise a great run along the old railway path and across fields which were not as muddy as previous races. The frost definitely helped underfoot. I think the photo of Nicola, Hilary, Mark and Adam needs a caption. Any suggestions?
