David Hannah is this week’s winner with a consecutive PB run.
David reported – “I didn’t see anyone at the start so I thought I might be on my own. By the time I reached the Gutted Haddie I still saw no one ahead or behind me and was convinced I had the wrong day! I was finally reassured when I stumbled upon Gordon and Amber at Nether, both of whom had wisely chosen an alternative route to the haddie!
Conditions were much softer underfoot than last week, which was gentler to run on and easier down the scree, but the trade-off was the risk of falling was higher! Kept pushing hard to the end and managed to beat my handicap.“
A big welcome to Alan who got a sub 40 even though “I took a bad line to AS and down to Dunsapie. Haha but you live and learn!”
Peter hurt his ankle but jogged around anyway – good man.
Next up 3 December Xmas Handicap and drink in the Holyrood 9A
See you there
