Dan Duxbury is currently completing the Munros by foot, bike and kayak. I had the privilege of joining him yesterday through 9 hills and 35ish miles of non stop Ambleside banter. The morning was rounded off with a golden eagle taking off and soaring past us en route to Garva Bridge, and the afternoon with a pasta bake in Dan’s camper van in Roybridge. Progress can be follow at danmunro2014.blogspot.co.uk
Stewart’s arch rival and I hauled supplies into Culra Bothy today, which he referred to as being part of “training for the next British champs race” (top tip Stewart – Mark is in awe of your climbing abilities!).
All the best from sunny Inverness and hope to see some of you soon at the SIPR.
