From sportscotland:
Please note that the announcement from the First Minister last week (10 September) regarding 6 people from up to 2 households relates specifically to social gatherings. This won’t apply to organised sport/activities.
We have updated our guidance following the announcement last week. I would draw your attention to this for further information. This can be found here:

At present, adults and children can take part in organised outdoor non-contact and contact sports training, competition or events if current guidance is followed. The maximum number of participants that can take part in outdoor organised sport/activities remains at up to a maximum of 30.
Our understanding is that any club/group, whether they are affiliated or not affiliated to a governing body, can take part in organised activities, with up to a maximum of 30 people. This is only the case, if the activity follows relevant sport-specific guidance and/or sportscotland guidance.
In relation to your specific circumstance, our view is that any organised activity through Carnethy Hill Running club that conforms with current guidance, would be able to take place, with up to a maximum of 30 participants.
In view of this (and we apologise to those who have joined the racing club specially) any club member can attend the Wed runs and Intervals. It’s worth bearing in mind that things may change again; and people will have 6 in their mind and may challenge groups. Run leaders should make themselves aware of the specific conditions applying to group training.
