Over the hill reps
Are any of you feeling a bit slow? Tired of chasing cut-offs? Recovering from injury or just generally crocked? Feeling the passing of the years a bit?
Well, this new session could be just what you need. Over the hill reps! No need to worry about young fit healthy runners buggering off over the horizon any more as any fasties who attend by mistake will be compelled to do the Springer Spaniel version of each workout (ie run in ever decreasing loops and cover 5 times the distance of everyone else).
When – Mondays at 11am
Where – meet outside the front of the Commonwealth Pool
Starting this coming Monday 9th March (if my dodgy hamstring allows)
