Next week we’re back to normal training runs (slower, mid-speed and faster), with numbers set at 9 plus leader. The usual conditions apply. We’re starting the runs now at 6.30pm to capture as much light as possible.
We’re also starting a longer, mid-speed Pentlands run on Saturday 3rd October with a view that this may evolve into several runs on a Saturday at different distances and paces, until such time when racing starts again in earnest. Number set at 9 plus leader.
