There were some brilliant performances from newly joined Carnethy members with Kirsty Dickson finishing in 3rd place and Sophie Horrocks in 8th. In the men’s Carnethy narrowly got beaten by Shettleston, both teams scoring 30 but Shetts last finisher was home before Carnethy’s. Five seconds separated Eoin Lennon and Sam Tosh over the 12km route with Eóin Lennon in 5th and Sam in 6th. Hamish Wolfe completed the team in 20th.
Andrew Macrae was the first M50 home taking the SA V50 title.
