There were so many hill races to choose from this weekend that we opted for the Ben Ledi Hill race organized by Skidaddle. Still quite new, only in its second year, this wee race was a corker. It consisted of a 10k loop with a steep climb through the forest to the ridge and along to the summit and return via the Stank Glen. A lovely, well organized race with great prizes, tea and cakes, and only a few midges. Elke and Prasad Prasad were both 1st seniors, Jean and Gus Bowman were 1st supervets, oh and Mr & Mrs Crowe were 2nd in their categories.
