The copy date for the Summer edition of The Carnethy is fast approaching (June 1 for those keeping track!). Enjoy the sun tomorrow but while you nurse your sunburns on Sunday consider writing something for the journal.
For your enjoyment and inspiration, I have scoured the archives and scanned the epic Hillenium Edition of The Carnethy from 20 years ago. If you have ever read one of my emails requesting content and thought “He says submit anything but he really doesn’t mean it” take a look at the wide variety of poems, articles, songs, and general weirdness included in this massive edition. It is so big (over 100 pages) that I had to break the pdf into two parts.
Enjoy a trip into the past when the bug we were most worried about was due to COBOL programmers storing the date as a pair of integers and Corona was just a beer best enjoyed on a beach with a slice of lime.
And remember to write something for the jorunal.
